Reference

1. In the Forms Designer, click the tab for the page or the form region that you want to assign the picture to.

2. Right-click the page or form region, and then click Advanced Properties.

3. In the Properties dialog box, click the Picture property, and then click the Load Property button ([…]) that is next to the Apply box.

4. Find the picture file that you want to use, and then click Apply.

5. To set additional properties for the picture, choose one or more of the following, and then click Apply.
